Hart is Where Your Home is

The team was born from Lindsay being an overbooked agent, reluctantly passing up opportunities. Lindsay's cool-headed, can-do aura caught the eye of another savvy woman- necessity’s a hell of a matchmaker - and in 2017, Hart and Homes team at RE/MAX In Motion was no longer a solo act.

The Hart and Homes Team is reshaping the real estate experience across the Finger Lakes region.
The Team

The team— Alanie Woodin, Colby Gee, Chelsey Smith, Jason Swaney, Karen Potter, Lindsay Hart and Matthew McConnell —now grown to 7 members with a combined 60 years of experience have earned accolades, including the RE/MAX 100% club, Executive club, and Titan Team award year over year PLUS the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement award.

Since it's inception in 2017, the team has successfully helped over 645 buyers & sellers, achieving a total sales volume of $154 million.

Before we can begin showing you homes, and representing your interests, you’ll need to sign a “buyer’s representation agreement”
We wouldn't want to show you homes and get you excited only to find out they are out of your budget! It's important to know your buying power before you look at homes. Beyond just knowing that you can get a mortgage, and for how much, getting pre- approved will do a couple of other things for you:

You’ll need it when you want to submit an offer on a home. And in those moments, time can be of the essence. If you need to rush to get pre-approved, you may lose the home if you can’t get it in time.

Starting to talk with lenders now will give you time to choose which lender you want to work with, shop rates and products, and get the best overall loan for your situation.
The art of negotiation! There are many factors to take into consideration when you've found THE ONE and you make an offer. We will go over every detail so you feel confident and informed.

And after you 'win' the bid, we will navigate you through the contract duties and deadlines with ease.
